This project will construct a bituminous trail from County Highway 83 to Gateway Drive. Construction of this regional trail will provide a connection to existing trails and complete the trail route to Quarry Lake Park.
The trail will be constructed along the south side of 12th Avenue.

The eastbound lane of 12th Avenue has been reduced to one lane for the duration of project.
There is an anticipated water shutdown on Tuesday, June 30 starting at 4 p.m. and ending no later than 8 p.m. Affected businesses include Holiday Inn, Fairfield Inn, Laserquipt and the Charcoal Store.
The contractor anticipates starting driveway entrance removals and replacements on June 29. Crews plan to start on the east side of the project and work west towards Canterbury Road/County Highway 83.
Paving of the trail anticipated to start on third or fourth week of July, weather dependent.
