The Shakopee Community Center is a space for the community to enjoy staying active, connecting with others, and spending time together with amenities for all ages and abilities.  Whether you’re stopping in for a workout, bringing your family for some fun, or gathering with friends, the Shakopee Community Center is a welcoming place for everyone.


2026 Daily Admission Prices 

The daily user fee includes the aquatic center, fitness center, fitness classes, gym, and open skate.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.  Users may be asked to present an ID to verify age eligibility.  To qualify for the resident rate, you must reside within the city limits of Shakopee.

Summer Hours begin Tuesday, May 26th
Beginning on Tuesday, May 26th the Shakopee Community Center will have the following Operating Hours:
Monday-Thursday 5 a.m.-8 p.m.
Friday 5 a.m.-7 p.m
Saturday 6 a.m.-7 p.m.
Sunday 8 a.m.-6 p.m.

Upcoming Holiday Hours on April 4th
The Shakopee Community Center will be have modified hours on Saturday, May 23rd and Sunday, May 24th to close at 5 p.m.  In observance of the Memorial Day Holiday, the Shakopee Community Center will remain closed on Monday, May 25th.  We hope you have a good day spent with family and friends!  For a full list of our Holiday Hours, visit the Plan Your Visit webpage. 

New Community Center Manager
In 2026, Shakopee Parks and Recreation and the Community Center got a new manager! On January 12, Rachel Bland started her role as the Community Center Manager. Rachel brings experience and passion to facility operations and customer service, and is thrilled to be working with our members and community.
