Reporting Infrastructure Emergencies

The Public Service Request System is for non-emergency requests; it is not monitored 24 hours a day. Emergency requests, such as sewer backups and power outages, should be reported to the appropriate authority immediately rather than reported here.

How to Report a Non-Emergency Issue:

Use the Public Service Request System to report issues like potholes, downed trees, graffiti on public property, code violations, and parks maintenance.

  1. Register and sign in to make your report
  2. Type the address in the search bar or drop a pin on the map in the location of the issue
  3. Provide a brief summary of the issue
  4. Submit your report
  5. A City staff person will address your report in the next 48 business hours
