The City Council will be asked at its Sept. 2, 2025, meeting to approve Ordinance O2025-020, amending Section 32.20 of the city code relating to the Planning Commission, specifically giving them the authority to make recommendations to the City Council on all matters relating to park planning and park development and repealing Section 32.23 of the city code relating to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
