One public hearing has been scheduled for the August 6, 2026 Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment and Appeals (BOAA) meeting. A hearing will be held to discuss:
- Zoning ordinance text amendment to City Code Section 151.002 Definitions related to the definition of cannabis cultivator and 151.007 K Table of Uses related to cannabis cultivation and cannabis manufacturing in the Highway Business (B-1) zoning district.
