Four (4) public hearings have been scheduled for the June 4, 2026 Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment and Appeals (BOAA) meeting. A hearing will be held to discuss:
- A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) request from Oscar Baradi of Royal Imports LLC to allow vehicle service and repair at 1515 Maras St on PID 279120242 in the Light Industry (I-1) zoning district.
- A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) request from Glen P Mason of Ames Asset Management LLC to allow exterior storage at 4500 Valley Industrial Blvd S on PID 270770020 in the Heavy Industry (I-2) zoning district.
- A Planned Unit Development (PUD) Amendment request from Mark Anderson of Sambatek to modify the proposed land use from office to commercial/retail at 1300 Crossings Blvd on PIDs 273430020 & 274310050 in the Highway Business (B-1) zoning district
- A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) request from Justin Gartner of Buell Consulting Inc to allow an approximate 105-foot tall telecommunications monopole with a total overall height of 115 feet in a 40' x 60' leased space at 7700 County Road 101 E on PID 275360020 in the Light Industry (I-1) zoning district.
