Four public hearings have been scheduled for the April 9, 2026 Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment and Appeals (BOAA) meeting. A hearing will be held to discuss:
- Preliminary & Final Plat to subdivide approximately 26.13 acres legally described as Lot 1 Block 1 Dean Lakes 8th Addition into 2 lots in the Business Park (BP) zoning district.
- Conditional Use Permit to allow truck repair and exterior storage of fleet vehicles at 1555 Maras St in the Light Industry (I-1) zoning district.
- Conditional Use Permit to allow exterior storage of dock and lift service equipment, boats, skid loaders, wheel loaders and snow removal equipment at 1555 Maras St in the Light Industry (I-1) zoning district.
- Annexation, Zoning to Agriculture Preservation (AG), and an Amendment to the Metropolitan Urban Service Area (MUSA) in the 2040 Comprehensive Plan for approximately 15.90 acres located south of County Road 78 (130th Street) and west of Zumbro Ave (PID 069230031).
