Flooding Update for Highway 41 in Chaska 

According to the Minnesota Department of Transportation, Highway 41 will close between Highway 169 and Chaska Boulevard at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 21, due to the rising water levels of the Minnesota River. Highway 41 will remain closed until the water recedes and any damage to the road can be repaired. Motorists can expect additional traffic on the Highway 101 river crossing in Shakopee.

The City Clerk’s Office regulates the handling of all government data. Information maintained by the city is public unless there is a specific statutory designation that gives it a different classification. This means any individual has the right to inspect and make copies of public data.

Some public records are available through the city website, such as city code and agenda packets and minutes. Information not found on the website can be requested through the City Clerk’s Office. No fees are charged for inspecting data; however, fees may apply for any copies made.
