Second Avenue East, Fourth Avenue closed through 2020
To facilitate redevelopment of the former city hall site, the westbound lane of Second Avenue East is closed between Lewis Street and Holmes Street. The public parking lot will be permanently removed as part of the redevelopment project. Intermittent alley closures are also likely. The closure is expected to last through December 2020.
Fourth Avenue is also closed between Fuller Street and Atwood Street through December 2020. The closure is necessary for the Scott County Government Center Campus Improvement project.
Extended construction hours for 12th Avenue project
