Ridge Creek is a multi-phased development in the Southbridge neighborhood. The development will be converting 80 acres of undeveloped land into 103 single-family homes while maintaining 38 acres as open and recreation space.
Alignment to Community Priorities and Goals
Ridge Creek fits with the goals and priorities of the community and the comprehensive plan by adding new housing units that fit the area’s single-family character, generally following the district’s current zoning of R-1B and preserving a large percentage of the land as open space.
