Council meets with staff for first of two strategic planning sessions

The Shakopee City Council met in workshop Wednesday, Sept. 25 as part of its strategic plan development. Led by consultant Craig Rapp, the council and staff discussed the community’s current strengths and weaknesses, as well as its future opportunities and challenges, in the first of two planning sessions. The feedback will be used to develop four to six priorities for the city over the next three years.
