Fall Hometown Messenger, Activities Brochure available

Cover of Fall 2019 magazineThe Fall 2019 Hometown Messenger and Parks and Recreation Activities Brochure is arriving in residents' mailboxes this week.

The quarterly city newsletter and activities brochure includes news and information about what's happening in the city, as well as a variety of fall recreation programming.

Read about the city's proposed Parks, Trails and Recreation Master Plan, which lays out a vision for future park development. You can also find information about the new Fall Clean Up Day Saturday, Oct. 19, the annual Fire Department Open House, how the city manages storm water and much more.

The Parks and Recreation Activities Brochure includes programming for all ages. Youth can sign up to participate in our new kids' pickleball and spikeball programs. You'll also find information about MEA break programs, Ski Club, Learn to Skate, swimming lessons, adult sports and active older adult classes and trips. Be sure to mark your calendar for our fall special events, including Spooky Family Fun Night on Oct. 25.
