Council holds public hearing regarding the vacation of utility and drainage easements in the Stagecoach plat
Council approved the vacation of two utility and drainage easements in the Stagecoach plat because they will no longer be needed. The easements were for storm sewer stubs that assisted the property with drainage before it was developed. With development occurring on the property, grading of the property will be changed eliminating the need for the easements.
