The Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of adult sports opportunities for residents and individuals who work in the City. These sports programs are provided through safe, fun and competitive leagues. Different leagues are offered throughout the year for:
New to the community and want to join a league? Contact the Parks and Recreation Department and we will put you on an available players list. Your information is then distributed to team managers at their league meeting. Please note that even though the listed is distributed, it is not a guarantee that you will be placed on a team.
Pickleball is one of the fastest growing recreational activities. Similar to tennis or badminton, the game is played with a paddle and small wiffle ball on a shortened court with a net that is slightly lower than a tennis net.
The Community Center offers open pickleball times with nets and equipment available. Wear comfortable clothing and white-soled tennis shoes. Admission is free for Community Center members, Adults: $5 for residents and $7 for non-residents, Seniors (60+): $3 for residents and $5 for non-residents.

When: 7-11 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays; Fridays 7-9 a.m.; 12:30-2:30 p.m. Sundays

There will be no pickleball on the following dates: Nov. 24, 25, Dec. 25 and Jan. 1

Outdoor pickleball courts are available at Riverside Fields Park and Lions Park.
The Community Center offers year-round, adult-only open basketball times for ages 18 and up. A recreational men's league is also offered November through April.
