Environmental Assessment Worksheet for proposed Canterbury Common available for review
The Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for the proposed Canterbury Common development is now available for review.
The project is on 68.5 acres adjacent to Canterbury Park and includes development of 856 residential units (700 apartments and 156 townhomes), 93,000 square feet of commercial uses (retail, restaurant and entertainment) and a 120-room hotel. The EAW assesses the potential environmental impacts of the project.
The document is also available to view during business hours at:
